LAR Process Analysers AG is a world-wide leading supplier of online-analysers for the measurement of sum parameters such as TOC, COD, BOD, TNb and Toxicity for water- and process-analytics in industrial and municipal plants. Besides development, manufacture and world-wide distribution, the portfolio consists of service, maintenance and training at the online-analysers.

In 1986 the customer-oriented company started in a small place with the development, manufacture and distribution of products for environmentally measurements in laboratory and related services. After recognition of the trend the market LAR was moving away from laboratory analytics towards online-analytics. Now, the product portfolio is characterised by self-developed, continually working online water and process analysers for industrial and municipal applications.

In 1989 the company was given a special award for environmental engineering by the federal state of Berlin for the EloxMonitor, an online-analyser for the measurement of chemical oxygen demand (COD). Ever since, customer-oriented development of innovative products has been cultivated as the core of the company's philosophy. In 1996 LAR received a combined special award for environmental engineering by the Federal States of Berlin and Brandenburg for the NitritoxMonitor?.

LAR Process Analysers AG gained world-wide recognition among others with analysers for measurement of TOC ( QuickTOC?), COD ( QuickCOD? or Elox100). These analysers stand out for the accuracy and precision of their measurements, their low costs of ownership and their long durability. Thus, they are the ideal analysers for use under various and heavy-duty conditions in various industrial areas. A customer base of more than 1,000 satisfied customers in more than 40 countries speaks for itself.

The development and improvement of analysers therefore depends heavily on intense dialogues with customers to learn about their desires and needs. In the course of strengthening the customer orientation and quality assurance, a quality management system has been established. Since 1995 LAR is continuously DIN EN ISO 9001 certified.

Today more than 30 people are employed at the Berlin headquarters alone, 50 distributors all over the world ensure a close and reliable customer service.
