捷克TESCAN, s.r.o.  
TESCAN 是一家捷克的私營有限責任公司，位于捷克第二大城市Brno,主要研發和生產掃描電子顯微鏡。TESCAN公司的前身是Tesla公司，從1951年就開始制造電子顯微鏡。TESCAN公司旗下集合了多位掌握著先進電子顯微技術、經驗豐富的科學家，有著多年電鏡領域工作經驗的研發技術工程師，以及高學歷的、富有創新精神的年輕人。TESCAN在1994年被授予捷克共和國年度最具創新精神企業的稱號。TESCAN 致力于電鏡及相關附屬設備的研發、生產和銷售已達十余年。首臺PC控制的掃描電鏡于90年代中期投入市場。
目前生產的VEGA系列在世界范圍內受到廣泛的好評。從2000年推出新系列VEGA 至今已有近600臺VEGA系列的電鏡售往世界各地。2004年再次正式進入中國市場，由上海品歐納米材料科技有限公司全權代理，至今，在中國已銷售50多臺。TESCAN主要的市場在歐洲、美國、中國、韓國和臺灣地區,TESCAN也已經在俄羅斯和印度地區展開了市場推廣且為取得這些區域的市場份額奠定了良好的基礎。
近年來新一代配備Schottky發射器、命名為“MIRA”的場發射掃描電鏡已投入生產，而且新的型號已在2005年8月Davos的德語系國家電鏡大會上首次進行了發布。新型號保證了TESCAN在世界市場上能夠增加相當的競爭性，并且開發新的市場空間，為歐盟對美國和遠東的出口增長做出貢獻。TESCAN目前旗下有200多位高教育水平、經驗豐富的雇員攜手工作。

2009年9月TESCAN中國公司TESCAN CHINA LTD.（泰思肯貿易(上海)有限公司）在中國成立，總部位于上海，同時已在北京、深圳設有分部，TESCAN CHINA LTD.全權負責TESCAN所有掃描電子顯微鏡在中國境內的銷售、保養和維修等一切售前業務和售后服務。這意味著從現在開始TESCAN生產廠家將之間面對廣大的中國用戶群更好、更直接的提供服務。TESCAN CHINA LTD.吸收并壯大了上海品歐納米材料科技有限公司的銷售和技術團隊，具有堅強的售后服務團隊，充足的零配件庫，迅速提供的原廠零配件以及隨時支持的遠程遙控服務。同時，我們是國內唯一一家可承諾“保修期內每3至6個月回訪客戶一次”的掃描電子顯微鏡廠家（無論電鏡是否發生問題）。
