上海市張江高科技園區Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park (Z-Park)

上海市張江高科技園區成立于1992年7月，位于浦東新區中部，規劃面積25平方公里，分為技術創新區、高科技產業區、科研教育區、生活區等功能小區。1999年8月，上海市委、市政府頒布了“聚焦張江”的戰略決策，明確園區以集成電路、軟件、生物醫藥為主導產業，集中體現創新創業的主體功能。自此，張江園區步入了快速發展階段。

截止2010年底，園區進駐企業達1905家，累計完成固定資產投資額1239億元。2010年，園區工業總產值577.5億元；經營總收入1556億元；固定資產投資131億元；吸引投資總額超過150億元，其中吸引合同外資9.5億美元，吸引內資企業注冊資本87.43億元。園區共有從業人員17.34萬人（其中博士4288人、碩士27082人、大專以上學歷100756人）；園區累計專利申請數22215件，專利授權數5934件。經過19年的開發，園區構筑了生物醫藥創新鏈和集成電路產業鏈的框架。目前，園區建有國家上海生物醫藥科技產業基地、國家信息產業基地、國家集成電路產業基地、

國家半導體照明產業基地、國家863信息安全成果產業化（東部）基地、國家軟件產業基地、國家軟件出口基地、國家文化產業示范基地、國家網游動漫產業發展基地等多個國家級基地。在科技創新方面，園區擁有多模式、多類型的孵化器，建有國家火炬創業園、國家留學人員創業園，一批新經濟企業實現了大踏步的飛躍。“自我設計、自主經營、自由競爭”和“鼓勵成功、寬容失敗”的園區文化和創業氛圍正逐漸形成。

上海張江（集團）有限公司（以下簡稱“張江集團”）成立于1992年7月28日，是一家全資國有企業。作為推動上海張江高科技園區發展的重要載體，張江集團在營造園區綜合配套環境、提升園區自主創新能力、促進戰略性新興產業發展等方面不懈努力。 截止2010年底，張江集團總資產規模規模421億人民幣，長期股權投資企業55家，其中包括于1996年在上海證券交易所上市的上海張江高科技園區開發股份有限公司（簡稱“張江高科”，股票代碼：600895）。
